To claim your Cash Back, you will need to:

• Purchase and install your new gas appliance between 17 July 2023 and 30 November 2023, with claims made by 10 December 2023.

For the Cash Back application, we will need to see a copy of the following:

• Your purchase receipt for an appliance purchased between 17 July 2023 and 30 November 2023

• A NSW Fair Trading Certificate of Compliance for an appliance installed between 17 July 2023 and 30 November 2023

Completed by a licensed plumber, your Certificate of Compliance will contain the following information required for your Cash Back application:

Meter number
Generally made up of two letters and six figures, it is also found on your gas meter.

Installer business name
This is the name of the company which installed your gas appliance
