Cash Back ends June 30. Be quick to claim

CASH BACK UPDATE: Due to the unforeseen COVID-19 pandemic, we have had to close the cash back program early. This is in line with Clause 12 of our Terms and Conditions. The uptake of claims has been much higher than we had anticipated, resulting in our
maximum number of claims and budget being reached earlier than expected. As a
result, the offer will be available for electric-to-gas appliance purchases and installs between 1 April and 30 June, with claims made by 15 July.

Get $800 Cash Back on your Natural Gas pool and spa heating

To claim your Cash Back, you will need to:

  • Purchase and install your new gas appliance between 1 April and 30 June 2020.

For the Cash Back application, we will need to see a copy of the following:

  • Your purchase receipt for and appliance purchased between 1 April and 30 June 2020

  • An NSW Fair Trading Certificate of Compliance for an appliance installed between 1 April and 30 June 2020

  • Refer to our T&Cs for further information

Completed by a licensed plumber, your Certificate of Compliance will contain the following information required for your Cash Back application:

Meter number
Generally made up of two letters and six figures, it is also found on your gas meter.

Installer business name
This is the name of the company which installed your gas appliance
